1. For every demo given there will be Rs 100 as incentive to the affiliate through wallet balance.
2. For every installation there will 25% of the billed amount to the affiliate as commision through wallet balance.
3. Wallet withdrawals will be according to company norms which will be notified later.
4. Pan card is mandatory and TDS will be deducted as per government norms.
5. All the operations & data entries will be made through the CRM tool .
6. Either you or we may end this Agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax. In addition, this Agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by either party.
7. We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement from time to time at our sole discretion.
In such event, you will be notified by email. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment
procedures and Maram Bizapps Pvt ltd's Affiliate Program rules.
8. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only
option is to end this Agreement. Your continued participation in Maram biz apps Pvt ltd's Affiliate Program following
the posting of the change notice or new Agreement on our site will indicate your agreement to the changes.
